  • Clean ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures

  • Wipe windows, window sills, and marks

  • Remove stickers, paint splatters, and adhesives from surfaces

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Sweep and mop floors thoroughly

  • Clean and wipe shelves, cabinets, and closets (inside and outside)

  • Empty trash and dispose of construction debris

  • Clean and disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, switches, railings)

Bedrooms

  • Remove dust from furniture, dressers, and bedsides

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Clean closets (interior and exterior)

Bathroom

  • Scrub and disinfect sinks, countertops, tubs, and showers

  • Deep clean and sanitize toilets

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Clean and disinfect cabinets (inside and outside)

  • Mop and disinfect floors

Kitchen

  • Clean and disinfect countertops, tables, and chairs

  • Clean inside and outside of appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher)

  • Clean backsplash, shelves, drawers, cabinets (interior and exterior)

  • Scrub and disinfect sinks

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Dispose of all construction debris
